Booking the Band

The Brass Band of Central Illinois can provide the ideal entertainment for virtually any event.  From a broad range of musical repertoire, the band can select a program to fit any occasion.

The full ensemble features 25 to 30 performers and is the perfect choice for indoor and outdoor concerts or festivals, both formal and informal. Generally, the band would prefer that you provide some of the necessary equipment, which includes approximately 25 chairs, 24 music stands, a conductor podium, a bass drum, snare drum, timpani, and crash cymbals.

Contract prices vary according to venue, length of service, and travel time, but usually range between $300 and $600. For further information on how to hire the Brass Band of Central Illinois, please contact the Events and Scheduling Committee.
